No, this is not the 10% of my food bill. :) This is some helpful info that you may find handy.
Dark chocolate is an antioxidant and is better for you than milk. (of course, we all know that and we love our chocolates. Even up to the point that we may need Fenphedra)

If you feel a cold coming on, try and sneeze through your nose rather than with your mouth open.

As soon as you feel that slight tingle on your lips that heralds a cold sore, swamp a piece of gauze with witch hazel and dab it on the area. It often stops the sore developing, but if you are too late, repeat the witch hazel treatment, ignore the sting and the sore will soon dry out. Dilute white vinegar works, too.

Next time you need caffeine blast, aim for the fruit bowl and vegetable rack instead. Put some beetroot, apple and ginger in the juicer and drink that instead. Kick the caffeine habit and get into juicing for a few weeks and wait for people to tell you how great you look.
